We proudly serve Allegheny County and most surrounding areas in the Pittsburgh region. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just reach out and we’ll let you know. Chances are, if you’re in the greater Pittsburgh area, we can get to you!

We specialize in professional window cleaning (residential and commercial), gutter cleaning, house/soft washing, and pressure washing, along with related services. We can also take care of things like screen cleaning, skylight cleaning, and even seasonal services. Plus, we offer seasonal and recurring cleaning plans at discounted rates to keep your property looking its best year-round.

For most homes, we recommend at least twice a year – typically a spring cleaning and a fall cleaning – to keep your windows sparkling. If you live on a busy road or have lots of tree pollen, you might benefit from quarterly cleanings. Businesses and storefronts often go for monthly or bi-monthly cleanings to maintain a polished look all year.

Yes, we operate year-round as long as conditions are safe. Winter window cleanings are actually a great idea – they remove salt spray, grime, and mineral residue that can etch your glass. We work on milder winter days to keep your windows shining even in the cold months.

A one-time cleaning is perfect for a quick refresh or special occasion. But with a recurring service plan, your windows (or gutters, etc.) never get a chance to build up heavy dirt. Regular cleanings (for example, quarterly) mean your property stays consistently clean, which makes each subsequent cleaning easier and often cheaper. In the long run, recurring service keeps your home looking great and can even extend the life of surfaces by preventing deterioration. We also offer discounted pricing for recurring customers (see below).

We use professional-grade tools for every situation. For exterior windows, we often use a water-fed pole system that lets us clean upper-story windows from the ground safely. We do have ladders and will use them when needed (for example, to access gutters or very high windows that require close work), but safety is always our top priority. Rest assured, we have the gear and experience to reach all those tricky spots.

Yes! We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are not only highly effective but also safe for your home, family, pets, and plants. We avoid harsh chemicals. Our detergents clean and sanitize without leaving any toxic residue. And because our pure water rinse leaves no chemical film, your windows will stay cleaner longer.

Not necessarily. For exterior-only services, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the areas we need (gates unlocked, no aggressive pets loose, and water spigot on if needed). We frequently perform exterior window, gutter, and house wash jobs while customers are away. For any interior window cleaning, we do ask that someone is home to let us in and secure any pets, or you arrange access for us. We’re trustworthy and flexible – whatever makes you most comfortable is fine!

It depends on the size of your home and the scope of work. Most residential window cleaning jobs (interior & exterior) take about 2–4 hours. Gutter cleanings might take an hour or two. Pressure washing a driveway or deck can often be done in 1–2 hours. Larger homes, extensive cleaning, or commercial properties will vary – for example, a large estate or business might be an all-day job. We’ll give you a time estimate along with your quote so you know what to expect.

For interior window cleaning, it’s helpful if you remove any delicate items or knick-knacks from your window sills or shelves nearby. That way we can access the glass easily and not worry about something getting knocked over. For exterior work, please ensure we can get to all sides of the house – unlock gates and maybe move any obstructions like patio furniture away from the house. It’s also good if your window screens are removed ahead of time, but if you need help with that, we can do it. Don’t worry – we’ll treat your property with care no matter what.

We price jobs based on a few key factors: the number of windows (or length of gutters, size of area for pressure washing), the size and type of those surfaces, the scope (for example, interior vs exterior windows, one side of the house or all sides), and any additional services needed (like screen cleaning, gutter whitening, etc). We’ll do an on-site or over-the-phone estimate where we discuss these details. Our pricing is transparent and we provide a written quote so you know the cost upfront. Tip: Check our Pricing page for general rate ranges. And of course, estimates are free – we’re happy to figure out a package that fits your needs and budget.

Yes, we do have minimum job charges to cover the cost of travel and setup. Generally, our minimum for any window cleaning job is $120 (this may be waived or adjusted for recurring service clients). For gutter cleaning, the minimum is $150 for a one-story home (and $200 for two stories or above). Pressure washing services have a minimum charge of $200. If your project is very small, we might suggest bundling services (for example, doing window and gutter cleaning together) to make it more cost-effective for you. We’ll always be upfront about any minimum charges when you contact us.

Yes! We love building long-term relationships, and we believe in rewarding loyal customers. Clients who sign up for recurring services definitely save compared to one-time pricing. For example, many of our customers opt for quarterly window cleaning or twice-yearly gutter cleaning – these maintenance plans come at a lower per-visit rate. We even offer a 10% discount for new customers who join our quarterly plan. Additionally, if you bundle multiple services in one visit (say, window + gutter cleaning together), we can often provide a combined-service discount. Feel free to ask us about current specials or packages!

We aim to make payment easy. We accept cash and checks on-site, as well as all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and even Zelle digital payments. Payment is typically due upon completion of the job, once you’re satisfied. For card payments, please note there is a small processing fee (about 4%) to cover merchant costs. We’ll discuss payment with you ahead of time so there are no surprises.
